Comment: Updated RSM InTime

This is an optional module that will need to be enabled by RSM InTime support if you request it.

When creating timesheets for the placement only the Post AWR rates will be selectable after 12 qualifying weeks. Prior to this only the non-awr AWR rates will be selectable. This applies to timesheet entry by both the Worker and agency staff.

Please note: The qualifying weeks are tracked by the role (Placement Job Title) and associated Client. Therefore if the Job Title is changed part way through a placement RSM InTime will treat it as a new Role and the Qualifying weeks count will be reset. If there were more than 12 qualifying weeks when the job title is changed this can result in the pay rates reverting back to the pre-AWR rates.

Please Note: The AWR report calculates the contractors current remuneration based on the placements default rate - i.e. the top one in the list so it will not take accounts a Post  AWR rate unless it is set as the default rate.
