Comment: Updated RSM InTime

...

Please note: The qualifying weeks are tracked by the role (Placement Job Title) and associated Client. Therefore if the Job Title is changed part way through a placement RSM InTime will treat it as a new Role and the Qualifying weeks count will be reset.

Whenever a timesheet is approved in RSM InTime it automatically registers any qualifying weeks. In some cases you may need to register working weeks that are not accounted for with timesheets in RSM InTime. This could be if you are now using RSM InTime timesheets for a placement that started some time ago. You can do this via the AWR Work History page.

You can configure the system to ignore the work history prior to a set date in the AWR Configuration screen. This is particularly useful when starting to use RSM InTime so you can configure it to your go-live date.
