When you log in to InTime on click on the home button, you will see a dashboard of key indicators relating to the clients, workers, and placements that you are managing. An example is shown below.

To Sales Invoice: This panel applies to clients for whom a client invoice will be created. Click the panel to view all submitted expense claims where the receipt date is within the last 15 days.shows the number and value of expense items that are ready for sales invoicing.
To Self-Bill Invoice: This applies to workers or providers for whom a self-billing invoice will be generated. Click the panel to view all submitted expense claims where the receipt date is within the last 15 days This panel shows the number and value of expense items that are ready for self bill invoicing.
To Advice Note: This applies to workers or providers who are not set up for self-billing. An advice note is not an invoice, but it itemises all the relevant timesheets and expenses that the worker can base their own invoice upon. Click the panel to view all submitted expense claims where the receipt date is within the last 15 dayspanel shows the number and value of expense items for which advice notes should be created.
Ready for PAYE: This applies to workers who have been set up as PAYE. Click this panel to display all the expense claims that have been approved, where the expense receipt date is within the last 15 days This panel shows the number and value of expense items which are ready for PAYE processing.
Sales Invoices
To Send: Click this panel to display all client invoices and client credit notes that have been generated but not This panel shows the number and value of sales invoices which have not yet been sent.
To Export: Click this panel to display all client invoices and client credit notes that have been generated but not exported This panel shows the number and value of sales invoices which have not yet been exported. See Exporting to Accounts System.
Unpaid: Click this panel to display all client invoices and credit notes that have been generated but not This panel shows the number and value of sales invoices which have not yet been paid.
Purchase Invoices

Expired: Click to display all contract document where the expiry date is today or prior to the current date.
Tasks
Tasks are only available to some clients and therefore this may not be applicable to your installation
- Changes for Approval. For clients that are using two-stage approval of user details only. This panel will show the number of changes that have been submitted by contractors and have not yet been actioned.
Configuring the Dashboard
You can choose which widgers of information are displayed on the homepage. For example, if you do not use expenses then you can turn off the expenses widget.
In order to configure the dashboard go to the Manage Dashboards option from the Administration menu. You can set up different views for your Mark Holland (Unlicensed) and Consultants. At the top of the screen you can see the available widgets for the Administrator homepage and beneath that you can see the widgets for the Consultant's homepage.
Towards the bottom of the screen there is the configuration option which determines which items appear on the dashboard as shown below.
