You can create a consultant or edit an existing consultant from within InTime.

How do I see my list of consultants?

  1. From the menu bar, click Profiles > consultants.
  2. The list of consultants is displayed.

How do I add a new consultant?

  1. From the list of consultants, click Add.
  2. On the Create Consultant screen, in the User Details area, add the name, address and other contact details for the consultant.
    Tip: For each area of this screen, click the blue question marks against each field if you need clarification of what that field requires. Most are self-explanatory. Some of the key fields are explained here. 
  3. From the Role Level list, select the pre-defined role level for a consultant.
    The role level is a pre-defined list of permissions that the user has access the various menus and screens within InTime. For more information, see Controlling Menu Options.
