When RSM upload a new file to one of your service folders you will receive a notification email. You can opt out of notification emails in your Account Settings.
Approving Documents
Sometimes we may ask you to approve a file in which case you will see a blue person icon next to the donwload icon:
After you have downloaded and reviewed the document, click on the 
icon and then click OK to confirm that you wish to approve it.
Uploading Files
If you have permission to upload to a folder, you will see the File Upload section above the list of files.
