Baker Tilly Introduction

Baker Tilly can trace its origins back to 1865, to the firm of Walter Howard. Since then we've grown from strength to strength. Transitional, historical name changes and mergers with many different firms have brought us to where we are today, arriving at Baker Tilly in 1988, which was a merger between Baker Rooke and Howard Tilly.

Our merger with RSM Tenon in September 2013 makes us one of the three principal mid-market accountancy firms, with almost 4,000 partners and staff across 58 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million.

Revas is the back office technology and outsourcing arm of Baker Tilly and offers a range of products and services specifically designed for recruitment and staffing businesses. Revas has over 60 employees and has offices in Guildford, Reading, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Chester, Glasgow and Grangemouth.
