Email approval offers the quickest and simplest method of approval for client managers. An email is automatically sent, following the submission of an online timesheet by the candidate, to the authorising manager notifying that the enclosed timesheet requires their approval. The timesheet can be approved within the email itself without the need to log in to their InTime client manager portal. The manager can simply click approve or if rejecting, choose one of the predefined reasons for timesheet rejection.
