Once you have selected the service, the periods and message types appropriate for that service will be displayed in the lists. Select the period and message type that are relevant for your message, the current period will always be the default and marked with (current period).
Your recipient will default to always be set as default which will be your primary contact within RSM for that service. If the Using the dropdown you can select a named recipient, if that recipient has an out of office on, this will appear in brackets before their name. You will also see an out of office message below the subject field. This will be highlighted in red.

The new status field by default will be set to with RSM, indicating that you expect your RSM contact to action or reply to your enquiry. If, you are simply updating your RSM contact and the action is still with you, select the dropdown option of with client.
How to select a recipientrecipient

Click send & reopen.
You will be asked if you wish to reopen this message, click ok. This will change the status of the message to open and with RSM. You will now see this message within your open status message searched.
