Sometimes we may ask you to approve a file in which case you will see a blue person icon next to the donwload download icon:
After you have downloaded and reviewed the document, click on the 
icon and then click OK to confirm that you wish to approve it.

Once you have selected files to upload click on the UPLOAD NOW button to begin the upload. If the files are large this may take a few minutes. You will see progess are progress as the files upload:
Do not refresh the browser until the files have completed upload and are shown in the Files section.
