You can export invoices from RSM InTime to your external accounts system.

You can export client invoices, /wiki/spaces/ds/pages/51875309 and supplier invoices (where the invoices have been matched and accepted in InTime).

#zzz Presumably there has to be some behind-the-scenes configuration done in order to export to specific accounts packages? Is this all done for the customer, on a per-customer basis. Does the customer need to know any of that? Our system isn't set up to allow the exportYour accounts system export will be configured by the RSM ESL support team for you.

You need to export invoices in order to close them off within InTime.

How do I export invoices to my accounts system?

1. From On the menu bar, click Invoicing > select Sales/Pay > Search.
2. Use the Choose the types of invoices you want to export with the tick boxes below

3. Use any additional search criteria to search further filter for the specific invoices that you want to export. For example, you could The usual case is to set the Exported Status to No to display all invoices that have not yet been exported; then click Search.
4. Select From the list, select the invoices in the list that you want to export.
5. Click Export.
   

A page is displayed containing the export file. #zzz Is that correct? We can't get this far. Do they download a file, like a CSV? Or is it a file configured for a specific accounts package like Sage?

1. Clicking export will initiate the export process and provide you to download a CSV file to import into your accounts system.
