An umbrella company is a company that acts as an employer, on behalf of a worker /or contractor.
Umbrella Companies companies can be created in RSM InTime and Limited Company Contractors , and limited company contractors can be assigned to Umbrella Companiesthose umbrella companies. Please note that these companies are also referred to as as Providers in in RSM InTime.
When you create a worker, you can specify if whether that worker is associated with a Ltd limited company provider.
