Please note that the RSM InTime summary screen do not work across multi-tenancy RSM InTime systems (where multiple RSM InTime agencies connected to a single Bullhorn instance.
This is because in order log in and access the data RSM InTime needs to identify the RSM InTime agency to link to. We use the "Bullhorn Corporation ID" to do this and that is unique to the Bullhorn instance. The summary screens can be configured to work for just one of the RSM InTime agencies but these will only display data for items that are synced to that RSM InTime agency.

7. A Consultant account for each of the Bullhorn users that wishes to use this facility will need to be created in RSM InTime. Please provide RSM InTime support with a list of users you require to have access to these screens. Bullhorn users that have been added as Consultants to RSM InTime will then be able to view the RSM InTime summaries in Bullhorn.
