  1. From the menu bar, click Profiles > Placements, and search for the contractor's placement.
  2. View the placement, and on the general tab, select Bulk entry enabled tickbox:

  3. Save the placement.

  4. From the menu bar, click Timesheets > Bulk Entry.

  5. On the Bulk Entry Client screen, enter the name of the client that is relevant to the placement, and click OK.

  6. On the Timesheets tab, in the Date Period Range sub-tab, set the Start Date and Finish Date for the period that you want to enter timesheets for, and click Change Period.

  7. Then either:

    1. Click the Add button and then in the Placement field, enter the placement name that you want to enter the timesheet forĀ 

    2. Click the Prepopulation Options tab from where you can fill out the timesheet entry grid with all placements for that Client.

  8. In the Rate field, select the applicable rate for the worker.
    The Job Title and Worker fields will be pre-populated with the appropriate information from the placement.

  9. In the individual date fields, fill in the timesheet for the worker.When you have finished entering the timesheet and/or expense claims, click Next.

  10. The Summary Of Bulk Entered Timesheets screen displays a summary of the information that you have entered.

  11. In the Paper Upload field, click Choose File to select any supporting documentation from your computer.

  12. Click Submit All to submit the timesheets and/or expenses for approval.
