Your accounts system export will be configured by the support team for you.

You need to export invoices in order to close them off within InTime.

How do I export invoices to my accounts system?

  1. From the menu bar, click Invoicing > Search.
  2. Use the search criteria to search for the specific invoices that you want to export. For example, you could set the Exported Status to No to display all invoices that have not yet been exported; then click Search.
  3. Select the invoices in the list that you want to export.
  4. Click Export.

A page is displayed containing the export file. #zzz Is that correct? We can't get this far. Do they download a file, like a CSV? Or is it a file configured for a specific accounts package like Sage?

  1. Depending on which accounts system you are using, clicking export will initiate a system-to-system export, or enable you to download a .CSV file to import into your accounts system. 

What accounts systems are supported?

  • Twinfield (only Baker Tilly's own Twinfield) (System-to-System export)
  • Access Dimensions (System-to-System export)
  • Sage 50 (CSV download)
