You can link your client portal system, with your Microsoft Active Directory system so that your users will not need a separate username and password. You will now be prevented from updating an out of office , if you have not set a delegate. If you try to set the out of office without a delegate set, an error message will appear in the top right hand corner, informing you that a delegate must be set. Go to settings - (RSM Users) or setting a delegate and out of office for another RSM user

When choosing a delegate within the hierarchy screen, you will now be able to see if they have their an out of office onhas been set. Before their name you will see (out of office).
This is also reflected in the hierarchy tree. If a user has their an out of office on, you will see a red clock symbol next to their name.
