This page provides guidance as to what needs to be completed for each relevant field within the migration template finishing with instructions to validate and export your data ready for InPay

Step 1 - Enable Macros

You must enable macros in order to use the conversion tool contained within the template. Excel users can find simple instructions through Microsofts support site as to how to do this.

Step 2 - Populating

Below is a table of each field and what data is expected to be populated for each field.

Step 3 - Validating your data.

You can use the template to perform some simple validation on your data. Potential issues will be highlighted to you for correction.

To run the validation tool, click the RSM tab on your Excel ribbon, then click “Validate”. Please remember that macros need to be enabled in the workbook to proceed.

Once validation has been completed, the employee number will highlight together with the cell containing the error. A description of the error can be viewed by hovering over the higlighted cell with the error.

Correct any errors and re-run validation until all errors have been removed.

Step 4 - Exporting your data

To run the validation tool, click the RSM tab on your Excel ribbon and then click export. Please remember that macros need to be enabled in the workbook to proceed.

A summary of the information you have entered will be provided. Select a save location by clicking on the “Browse” button.
