If you have administrators or consultants included in an approval route, you may wish to make the names of the approvers hidden to contractors. To enable this functionality, go to System Configuration > Timesheets > Timesheet Options. Select Yes from the 'Hide Admin and Consultant names from Workers on pending approvals' dropdown.

Once enabled, any approvers which are administrator or consultant users will appear in the Approval tab against the timesheet as 'Agency' when viewed by a contractor. The approver names will still be visible to any other administrator, consultant and manager users.
