Setting Rejection Reasons
If you require approvers to reject timesheets or expenses for specific reasons, these can be set up under System Configuration > General > Rejection Reasons. You can add, delete and reorder the reasons to suit your business needs.
Once configured, these rejection reasons will appear as links within approval emails and be visible under the approval tab on the timesheet/expense should the item be rejected.
