Timesheet validation rules

Overview

The timesheet validation rules (system configuration cog → timesheets) feature provides flexible, configurable validation for worker timesheets in RSM InTime. This feature allows you to enforce business rules and compliance requirements by validating timesheet data at various levels - from individual shifts to entire timesheet periods.

Validation rules are organised into rulesets which are assigned to placements. When a worker submits a timesheet, the system automatically validates it against the rules configured for that placement.
