Viewing & updating my details in MyHR

As an employee you have the ability to update a variety of details within MyHR, these will automatically update your details in real time. Depending how your system is configured, you may only have access to view details. Speak to you line manager or admin/HR department for further details.

Log in to your MyHR portal and click on MyHR in your top menu bar. 

Main Tab - Personal Details

Any fields that are not greyed out can be changed. Simply enter the changes and click update.

Pay Tab - Current Salary & Bank Account Details  

Within the pay tab you will see a blue cross within each section, click on each cross that section will expand. 

You will be able to see your current salary broken down into Annual, Monthly and Hourly. You can also view your payslips

In Your bank account details section, you will see your existing bank account details. Simply over key with your new details and click update bank details.

These will automatically update your records for HR and payroll as well. 

Absence Tab - 

For further details on how to submit an absence go to submitting an absence request and reviewing calendars

This screen provides you with a list of all your absences and a breakdown of your entitlements. 

Next of Kin Tab

If this is the first next of kin record when you go into this tab, the right-hand side will be blank. Click create and the right-hand panel will open up as below. Enter the detail

and use the drop down to select the relation type. Once completed click save. You can create multiple next of kin records; they will appear in a list on the left-hand side. 

Removing a next of kin

Highlight the record you wish to remove and untick the active box, and click save. Their name will be removed from the list on the left-hand side. 

Viewing payslips & P60s  

From the MyHR menu option click on the pay tab and then on view payslips. 

You will then be taken to a new screen the payslip for the current period will automatically be shown first. Using the dropdown on the Payslip pay date, you can select to view historical payslips. 

You have the option to print or to PDF the payslip on the righthand side. On the top left you cab choose to view P60s as well. There are also question marks that you can hover over, these will provide an explanation of that field.
