Replace company logo

Your company logo will have been set up while in implementation. However you can easily change this without contacting support after your initial set up. The logo will be shown on the login page and in the top righthand corner of the home screen. 

From admin in the top menu bar, select replace company logo in the system section. 

File requirements 

The file needs to be a .png the suggested proportions are up to 10:1 with dimensions:

Height: 50px (just)

Width: up to 500px

Please note:  different dimensions and proportions may have unexpected results. For example: within the home screen the image dimensions may change and stretch/shrink to fit the available area. This may cause a very small image to look blurred, a very wide one can overflow horizontally (depending also on the monitor size), and a very tall one will shrink and make your logo unrecognisable. Within the login screen the image will be placed as is and if it is too large then it will "push" the rest elements out and if it is too small it may not be visible. 

Click on choose file and select the file you wish to upload. If the file format is incorrect, a red invalid file will be shown and you will be unable to see it within the preview, or upload.

If the file format is correct, you will see a preview of this image, when ready click upload. You will get a green success message in the bottom righthand corner.

You will to refresh the page, or logout and login again to be able to view this.

Where will the logo be shown

This will be shown in the top righthand corner of the login page.

It will also be visible permanently in the top righthand corner of the People Manager, throughout all screens.
