Email override
While this is predominately used when in testing phase, this can be useful if you need to stop all emails going to all recipients for a period of time.
Please note: we would advise you speak to support in the first instance who can help confirm if this is the correct action to take.
Click on admin in your top menu bar and within the system section click on email override.
The button will default to no, so this cannot be changed by accident.
If you wish to make this change, click on yes
You will then have an email address field open, type in the address you require and click save. You will see a green success button appear in the bottom righthand corner of the screen.
To revert to emails going out to all employees, simply click no and click save.
