Within the other tab, we have given you the ability to record a variety of additional details, we have also provided a notes section. Within manage look ups you can create options to appear within all various dropdown lists. There are also date fields that can be linked to alerts within the alert configuration.

Lookup dropdowns & alerts for this section

Cars 

You can use this section to record car details, and tick if its a personal car as well. There is a dropdown list of Fuel Types, which you can add to via manage lookups. All date fields can be typed in or use the calendar picker that appears. The licence review date can be linked to an alert in alert configuration. You can have multiple records against an employee, use create to start a new record and save once complete.

Equipment 

The type dropdown list can be built within manage lookups allowing you to record any equipment you have. You can mark as lost or returned, and have free text fields for reference and comments if required.

Projects 

Both project and task have configurable dropdowns. You can also set an alert against the end date field with alert configuration.

Notes 

We have provided a notes section, this is simply a date picker and a free text box.

Expression of wish 

The details you enter here will be shown within the employee's MyHR section. This can be added by them instead, during onboarding and updated by them within MyHR.

Accidents 

The type and status dropdowns can be built within manage lookups. Both person and reporter fields will have all employees within your system in the list. The reviewer dropdown field will only have employees with manager status. There is a 24 hour time field as well as your date picker. This can be directly keyed in, or use the up and down arrows to select your time.
