This section will provide instructions on how to generate a permanant invoice through InTime. The workflow below assumes that you have already applied the perm configuration settings here.

If you have CRM/Front end integration with InTime, the core data maybe passed for invoicing. Please refer to section 2 where this is covered.

Prepare

InTime

Profiles > Clients

Create the client record if it doesn’t exist within RSM InTime.

Generate

InTime

Sales > Create Perm Invoice

Complete each relevant field and click create. The fields you may need to populate are determined by the perm configuration page, more information can be viewed here.

Review

InTime

Sales > List Invoices

Once you have generated your permanent invoice, InTime will automatically display the invoice created during the process.

Deliver

InTime

Sales > List Invoices

Set the “Send Status” to “No”. Select all applicable invoices and click “Send”

This section will provide instructions on how to generate a permanant invoice through InTime.

If you have front end integration, placement data may have been passed to InTime ready to generate the invoice. If this is not the case, please refer to section 1.

Profiles > Placements

Using the filter search options, set the following and click search:

- Status = “All”

- Perm Placement = “Perm (Not Invoiced)”

Once the filters are applied. Find the column in the table titled “Perm Invoice” and click create against the relevant placement.

Sales > Create Perm Invoice
