Payslip Portal Admin

The Security > Payslip Portal Admin screen is used to review payslip portal user details, as well as to edit some of those details. It allows for editing the Username, Email, the Active status, as well as changing the Authentication Type. Users with the Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) option selected can have their authenticator app reset, while those using Two Factor - Email, or Username and Password can have their password reset. The authentication method selected for the user will override the company-wide setting that can be found in the Payslip Portal section of the Company > General screen.

Resetting a user's authenticator app should only be performed when a user no longer have access to their app or have lost their device.  The user will be prompted to re-register with an authenticator app upon login.

The Authentication Type dropdown might be disabled and set to Username and Password for users linked to a company with an SSO setup for signing into Payslip Portal. The user's email suffix must match at least one specified for that company on the Security > Portal SSO screen, in the Email Suffix 1 or Email Suffix 2 fields.

Multiple users can have their records updated in one operation - once changes are made in the table, the Save button will become enabled, allowing updating them in the system. If the details provided are correct, the update will be successful, otherwise an error message informing of an issue will be displayed.
